1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Corelane, a logistics and delivery management platform operated by Eluzitrust. By creating an account, using the Platform or accepting an invitation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

Corelane provides tools for order management, delivery tracking, rider and driver dispatch, inventory, fleet and vehicle rentals, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, wallets, settlements, reporting and related logistics operations. Features available to you depend on your company’s subscription and your assigned role.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may be company-managed; if your access is provided by an employer or client, they control your permissions and may suspend or remove you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers or networks;
• attempt to bypass security, access data you are not authorised to view, or impersonate another user;
• upload viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• harass, abuse or discriminate against other users;
• reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Platform except as permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions, billing and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged according to the plan selected by your company. Payment processing is handled by integrated payment providers. Subscription changes, billing disputes and cancellations are managed by the company’s admin or by contacting support.

6. Intellectual property

Corelane, the Corelane name and logo, and all related software, designs and content are owned by Eluzitrust or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of data you upload, and you grant us the rights needed to host and process it.

7. Confidentiality and data

Users may have access to confidential business information of their company or customers. You agree to keep such information confidential and to use it only for authorised Platform purposes.

8. Warranties and disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every use case. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eluzitrust shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by your company for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eluzitrust, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or if required by law. Company admins may also suspend or remove users from their workspace. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eluzitrust is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
